Hutt Cartels

By 300 ABY, the Hutts remain but their golden age is over. The great kajidics have become dynastic fiefdoms guarding whatever smuggling route or debt chain they still control. The Hutts are split into three broad factions:

  • The Old Kajidics – traditional Hutt families dealing in spice, slaves, weapons, gambling and protection.
  • The Banking Broods – Hutts who moved into contracts, loans and predatory finance during the era of reconstruction.
  • The Pilgrim Hutts – mystics who present crime, appetite and survival as a sacred expression of the galaxy’s natural order.

Where They Are Now

Hutt Space is still dangerous but fragmented. Some worlds are cartel-ruled, others independent, others ruins of past luxury. Younger syndicates and corporations gnaw at the edges of Hutt territory.
