While continuing my efforts to cleanse the Sigilum Veritatis of the corruption of Draxus, The Adeptas Arbites Forious was dispatched to the Manufactorum XII to help quell an workers dispute with the manufactorums Adeptas Mechaicus leaders. The good Arbites requested the assistance of myself, Sister Venria, and the Skitarii Rat incase of any further corruption like we found earlier with the genestealer cult.
Responding to a report of a significant disturbance at Farm Alpha Sigmus III located on the outskirts of Fortis Prime. I myself, Sister Venria of the local Adepta Sororitas covenant, and the Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarii Rat responded to find an infestation of the great. Blue horrors of the Great Changer were wreak havoc apon the farm, feasting on the flesh of our citizenry working the farm, destroying vital equipment and infrastructure.
Apon arrival it was rapidly determined that multiple key personnel at the facility had gone missing and the Magos of the facility simply wanted to force the workers back to their stations. Realizing this is just how the genestealer cult was able to go undetected for so long, with their manufactorum not following up on workers failing to report, I invoked my Inquisitorial authority, ordering the Magos to implement a system to identify when a worker does not show for their duty and why, so as to keep corruption from hiding. The Magos being more machine than, human by this point did not understand the advantage to doing this, but did advise he would comply.
Wasting no time, we engaged the abominations, easily mowing down the blue horrors, but as is the way of the great enemy, things are not always what they seem as the Changer once again shows his colors by having his minions apon death, not die, but instead split into 2 new daemons engulfed in flames that then charged to attack us. Quickly we found ourselves overwhelmed, buried beneath a foul wave of the wretched creatures, only by the Emperors grace, and his foresite to equip us in his blessed wargear were we essentially unharmed as 99 percent of the creatures blows merely rebounded from our armor. In time we sent each of the foul things back to their hellish realm, giving each what they where due, a swift end and destruction.
While Forious and the rest of our party spoke with the workers and discovered a data chip with evidence of multiple safety infractions, embezzlement of valuable material, and even evidence of substandard changes to the manufactorum itself, I went to the auditing department to review records. My review of their records corroborated the information on the disc, with all records of the diverted material being done by Enginseer Primus Corvis Rael. With this information in hand we confronted the Magos at the entrance to the restricted section of the facility where at first he refused us entry, but between reason, and showing him the evidence we had found, he gladly let us in.
This did not turn out to be the end though, as we then heard a cry from further into the farmstead, and apon inspection we discovered the origin of the daemons, a rift had opened up to the realm of Entropy, pulsing and spewing forth its fowl denizens. I quickly got to work focusing my mental powers apon the rift, struggling against its power to will it shut, slowly, the emperors light over took its darkness banishing it, sealing it forever, but not before one final denizen of the realm of Entropy stepped though to taint the Emperors ground. A foul Blood Letter of the Lord of Blood stepped forth, bellowing in its anger and hatred, challenging all of creation to test its vile blade. I will not dimish this report with falsehoods, all 3 of us where shaken to our cores by the site of this abomination, and only by the Emperors will did he still me enough to overcome this debilitating doubt, stealing my resolve as i stepped up to engage this horror, the site of which Inspired my comrades to also over come their fear and fight for the Emperors light. Together, the 3 of us put the beast down, sending it back to its vile realm, but not before i was graving wounded by its tainted blade (so far at this time, the wound still has not fully closed and seems to constantly be seeping small amounts of blood).
In the restricted section we found Enginseer Primus Corvis Rael involved in his blasphemous experiments, trying to combine tainted Xenos body parts with new technology to create artificial intelligence to emulate the mind of man as well as new hybrid weapons of advanced design. Unable to convince the Enginseer to surrender peacefully we were forced to incapacitate him. With the Enginseer incapacitated we were able to not only find the missing workers, but found his data pads with all the evidence needed to prove his guilt, and the location of an underworld Black Market.

Being the local representative of the Order Xenos, I of course confiscated all xenos materials, to either be destroyed or studied. As for Enginseer Primus Corvis Rael, him we turned over to the Manufactorums Magos, who immediately executed him for crimes against the Omni- Mosiah.

I inquisitor Kane here by record the following in my efforts to protect and ensure the survival of the Empire in his Name.
