[[ | Twenty nine winters ago, on Oathday, the 13th of Kuthona a rare storm batters the northern village of Ravenwood. A massive thundersnow raged, battering at the doors and windows of the village, while inside a truly remarkable event was happening, the birth of destiny. Lagertha Wulfkin, shield maiden and wife to Mordecai Wulfkin screamed in pain, groaning with the effort of the final effort of childbirth just as the storm reached it height Lagertha screamed in ecstatic release as her child came into the world. The midwife quickly swaddled the newborn, and handed it to his mother. As she panted from the after affects of the birth, she glanced down, noticing an unmistakable sign to the North men, their in his left hand, the child clutched a blood clot, ripped from his mother in the birth. She glanced up, looking at his father drawing his attention to the sign that this child was destined for greatness, it was then that they noticed, as fierce as the storm was, it ended with the birth, as quickly as a warrior dousing a torch in a bucket of water, the thundersnow ended as the child came into the world. The Giants where spotted at the bottom of a valley, sitting in a meadow that until recently had been used by a herd of reindeer for scavenging for food in the cold winter months. Now it was a meadow of carnage, as atleast 15 reindeer carcasses lay ripped open, and partially eaten. Around them lounged 3 Frost giants, and 2 winter wolves, blood still staining their mouths and maws. It was here, at this place that the Saga of Bjorn truly started, for the battle was fierce, and hard fought, many of the villagers where killed or wounded before they vanquished the last of the enemy. In the aftermath as both Floki and Bjorn did what they could to help and aide the wounded, or ease the passing of the dying, Bjorn noticed a reindeer carcass, moving in small jerks. As he approached the carcass he heard the calls of a raven, which revealed itself just as he got to the carcass, a sleek black head peaking up over the top of the carcass, cawing at Bjorn. Bjorn set his axe to the side and approached the raven slowly, trying to calm it, as they locked eyes, and the world fell away for both of them, as they felt each other fall into one another's eyes, able to see into the deepest nature of each other as they felt the bond between them start to form. The next day Malecai took Bjorn to the village holy man, the speaker for the gods, Floki Summergale. An ability he had surpassed even Floki at, and at such a young age.
These abilities where put to the test that winter, Ravenwood was in danger a small group of Frost Giants, had invaded the villages winter hunting grounds, killing the reindeer in troves to feed their appetites. This was especially dangerous to the village as they used this food source to supplement the stores of fish and crops they stored away for the winter from the summer months. Thus it was that Bjorn evenly entered into the town of Breachill. It was here during the battle of Hell Knight citedel that destiny revealed itself to him and united him with his other companions, Bart the fearless, the goblin warrior whos thirst for battle is never sated. But nothing signaled to him he was following his destiny more than the rescuing of the warg pup Grenmir, who from that moment on became his steadfast companion, mount and protector as he and his companions took their fight to the Scarlet Triad, a society of nefarious deeds and actions.
In the ensuing years Bjorn has filled out into the ideal image of an Ulfen warrior, standing 6'5" and weighing 230 pound, Bjorn wears black armor of dragon skin, with a winter wolf fur cloak over it. His helm is of Ulfen design, perfectly fitted to the head with a full eye mask with the left eye hole covered, and cheek guards extending down. In the groups ensuing adventures Bjorn has acquired The Seawolf, a magical Ulfen style longship he uses to traverse the world in the manner of his ancestors . But perhaps his greatest endeavor was in creating a forest fastness within which to live, this woodland realm within his Ulfen homeland he calls Vargen Wood.
After years of hunting and tracking, Bjorn group of companions finally dismantled The Scarlet Triad. Its leadership not just in disarray, but dead. There influence broken and gone forever from the world. Apon returning to Breachill for a rest and to preparations for the final leg of thier war against the scarlet triad. The battle against the entity backing them, Bjorn found a group of Ulfen awaiting him, eager to meet him and pledge themselves to his service as his saga had reached back to the ears of his homeland. THE ORDER OF THE WOLF

The Order of The Wolf is a full adventuring party able to address any challenge they may encounter. For his part Bjorn trains them at the fang, expounding Ulfin traditions to them, sparring with each to improve their combat abilities, and discussing tactics, and imparting his gained wisdom. To this end he tests them harshly to teach each of them how to be self sufficient, when separated, as well as testing them as a unit, to ensure they still know the value of working as a team when needed. Examples of these would be things such as teleporting them 100 miles from the Fang in the wilds with little or no supplies or weapons, and seeing if they can find their way back. Or sending the group out to try to track and corner Grenmir to sharpen their coordination in working as one team.
The order consists of:
Gunnar the barbarian, a fierce warrior from the north who wields a massive greatsword and has a penchant for battle. He is fiercely loyal to Bjorn and will stop at nothing to protect him.
Ingrid the ranger, an expert tracker and hunter who has a deep understanding of the wilderness. She is an excellent scout and provides valuable information to the party about their surroundings.
Erik the rogue, a cunning and stealthy thief who specializes in infiltration and sabotage. He is an expert at picking locks and disabling traps making him an invaluable asset to the party.
Astrid the cleric, a devoted follower of the goddess of nature Astrid provides healing and support to the party. She is also a skilled combatant and can hold her own in battle.
Olaf the skald, a bard who regales the party with tales of their adventures and inspires them with his songs. He is also a skilled diplomat and negotiator, able to diffuse tense situations with ease.
