Fortunately, not all in the organization were as corrupt, I was able to convince a guardsman named Atticus Rahl to work with me, he provided me with the key card to my cell and a data pad with the information to find the records of the rogue inquisitors' betrayal of the Imperium. These betrayals included illegal experiments he was conducting on Imperial psykers to develop serums to control them, which, along with his illegal weapons trade, he could then sell on the black market to line his own pockets with wealth to increase his fame and prestige. Once I located the incriminating evidence on Draxus, I then transmitted this to Inquisitor Lyra Sylas, and went to confront and excommunicate the heretical traitor. | ||
