'''Tython''' is an ancient and sacred world tied to the reborn '''[[Star Wars/Factions/Je’daii Order|Je’daii Order]]''' in the year '''300 ABY'''. In the current era, Tython is not treated as a crowded political capital or military fortress, but as a world of quiet power, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

From orbit, Tython appears as a lush blue-green planet marked by broad oceans, rugged continents, white cloud systems, and dramatic mountain ranges. Scattered across the surface are ancient temple regions and faint luminous patterns, signs of the Je’daii presence and the planet’s deep connection to the philosophy of '''harmony'''.

== Overview ==

By 300 ABY, Tython is the Je’daii Order’s accessible spiritual and pilgrimage center, while Virelya remains its hidden headquarters and primary site for advanced training. The world represents the order’s central belief that the light and dark must not simply destroy one another, but be understood, disciplined, and brought into harmony.

Unlike the Jedi and Sith traditions that came before, the Je’daii do not view Tython as a throne world or a temple-fortress. Instead, it is a place of balance, contemplation, training, and pilgrimage. Its ancient sites are preserved as places where students, teachers, wanderers, and seekers can confront themselves without the noise of galactic politics.

== Appearance from Space ==

Tython is a vibrant world when seen from orbit. Its surface is dominated by deep blue oceans, emerald forests, broken coastlines, and pale mountain chains. Large storm systems drift across the atmosphere, giving the planet a living, restless quality.

Several regions show faint traces of Je’daii settlement. These are not sprawling cities, but focused sacred sites. Temple complexes, mountain sanctuaries, and circular energy patterns can be seen in certain places from orbit, glowing softly in shades of teal and green. These lights are not meant to announce power, but to mark places where harmony is practiced and preserved.

== Je’daii Presence ==

The Je’daii presence on Tython is intentionally restrained. The order does not seek to dominate the planet. Its temples and academies are built into the natural landscape, often following the shape of mountains, valleys, coastlines, and old sacred paths.

Training on Tython is focused on self-knowledge, discipline, restraint, and harmony. Students are expected to understand conflict within themselves before they are trusted to act in conflict beyond the planet.

The Je’daii view Tython as a teacher in its own right. Its storms, forests, oceans, and ancient ruins are all used as part of instruction. A student may learn as much from silence on a cliffside as from a formal lesson in a temple hall.

== Important Locations ==

=== The Temple Regions ===

The temple regions of Tython are ancient centers of Je’daii learning and meditation. They are not uniform in design. Some are carved into mountains, while others rise from island plateaus or sit within forested valleys.

These regions are connected by pilgrimage routes, training paths, and quiet sanctuaries. Each temple emphasizes a different part of the Je’daii path, but all are tied to the greater pursuit of harmony.

=== Sacred Mountain Ranges ===

Tython’s mountain ranges are among its most visually striking features from orbit. Many Je’daii retreats and meditation sites are located in these high places. The mountains are seen as places where the noise of the galaxy falls away and the individual must face the truth of their own nature.

=== Luminous Sites ===

Across the planet are faint luminous patterns visible from orbit. These are associated with ancient Je’daii sites, ritual grounds, and places where the Force is felt with unusual clarity.

The Je’daii do not treat these sites as weapons or resources. They are protected as places of reflection, teaching, and restraint.

== Role in the Campaign ==

In the campaign era of 300 ABY, Tython serves as a spiritual anchor for the Je’daii Order. Pilgrims and newer students come here for foundational training, healing, exile, and revelation; advanced trials and the Order’s highest rites take place on hidden Virelya.

Tython should feel old, alive, and quietly watchful. It is not a place that gives easy answers. It asks questions. It tests those who arrive carrying certainty. Those who leave Tython unchanged likely never listened to it in the first place.

== Themes ==

* Harmony over domination
* Ancient wisdom beneath renewed purpose
* Spiritual power without imperial display
* Nature and the Force intertwined
* A world that teaches through silence, conflict, and reflection

== GM presentation notes ==

Tython in 300 ABY should be presented as serene but not passive. It is beautiful, ancient, and powerful, but never simple. The planet should feel like a sacred mirror. It reflects what characters bring with them, especially their doubts, ambitions, wounds, and fears.

Tython is not merely a location. It is a test.
